In May 11th 2016, the Minister of National Defense signed the Decision No. 82/2006 / QD-BQP on transforming Saigon Newport Company to operate under parent – subsidiary company. Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring JSC., was established as which laid the foundation for the ongoing development of SNP’s subsidiary today.

The company does not only focus on traditional business field but also invest outside the enterprise with affiliated companies such as Tan Cang - Ben Thanh Joint Stock Company, Tan Cang 128 – Hai Phong, Dong Nai Logistics. Moreover, we are going to expand the project in each service segment in order to enhance the initiative and professionalism professionalism, to improve revenue and profit as well as confirm TCL’s reputation in operation of seaports, logistics and inland shipping industry.
With the strategy of building and developing a sustainable on "three pillars": exploitation of seaports, logistics service and inland marine transport service based on "three platforms": top-quality service, advanced management for high quality human resources, military discipline - corporate culture, associated with community responsibility. In detail, the production and business results in 2016 are revenue 844,024.05 million; profit after tax was 94,321.71 million; average annual income 18,887 million / person per month.
